Subject 2923 sounds like the DLC many Remnant: From the Ashes players have been asking for months now. This new adventure will span across the rugged wilderness of Earth and beyond. As players seek out the location of the remaining Root, they will meet unexpected allies, traverse unfamiliar zones and dimensions, and overcome new threats to put an end to this evil force once and for all. Hope has been rekindled, but Earth is not rid of the Root just yet.
Following the downfall of the Dreamer, the streets have grown quieter, and more humans are braving the city. Players will discover the origins of the Dreamer Program and its connection to the Root. Despite the Sole Survivor being a fish out of the water, things get easy very fast for them. However, Fallout 4 could use a bit more "survival" in its gameplay. However, Bethesda didn't want to just stop there, which is why Survival difficulty is an official feature in Fallout 4.
From being chased by Deathclaws or getting mauled by ghouls, there's already quite a bit of challenge within the basic, vanilla version of the game itself.
The world of Fallout 4 is a pretty grueling one.
